We are shattered and sad and grateful.

Our husband and father Georg passed away on Wednesday, 22 November 2017 at Gosford Hospital. He was absolutely calm and had no pain. We both were with him. 

The memorial service will take place on Friday, 15 December, 2 pm, at Greenway Chapel in Kincumber. We decided on such a long period to give relatives and friends in Europe the possibility to be here. We certainly don’t expect that from anybody, but we feel the chance should be given.

Because Georg liked the warmth, his wish was to be cremated. The cremation will take place next week already.

We both wrote down our impressions of his final days. You’ll find those records in the attachments.
